Jason Harnum
President
Jason Harnum has an extensive background in project management is responsible for overseeing internal and external processes for Synergy Homes. Jason is a registered Professional Technologist (civil engineering) with both a Masters Certificate in Project Management and a PMP designation from the Project Management Institute.
Jason currently holds the title of Vice President of Operations with Penney Group Inc. and is dedicated to the continued success of our group, our partners and our clients.
Nicole Perchard
Director Of Real Estate and Communications
Nicole Perchard obtained a Bachelor of Arts from Memorial University of Newfoundland in 2006, and in 2014 obtained her Masters Certificate in Project Management. As Director of Real Estate and Communications for Penney Group, she has gained a great deal of experience in residential and commercial real estate.
Within Synergy Homes, she is responsible for job costing, all marketing initiatives, and oversees all communication with clients during the building process.
Brad Harnett
Project Manager
Brad Harnett is a Certified Civil Engineering Technologist registered with Technova and a member of the Nova Scotia Home Builders Association. He has spent over thirty years in the Nova Scotia construction industry, ten of which as Senior Technologist with United Gulf Developments Limited. He holds diplomas in Civil Engineering Technology and Architectural drafting. He has also received training certificates for Tech Ready, Enerhouse 2015, Energy Star and Aging in Place Builder Training. With his combined training and experience, he is well versed in home building practices and oversees current building projects within The Villages of Seven Lakes.
Brad is the Project Manager for Synergy Homes. He will help map out building timelines, consult with trades, consult with clients, and ensure the process continues to move along at a pace that is acceptable for all.
Lesley Josey
Sales and Pre-Construction Manager
Lesley Josey completed Presidents Club with Sandler Business training in 2016. She has completed NAHB Educations Design/ Building Solutions for aging and accessibility. Lesley’s priority is helping the homeowner’s plans and ideas become real while working alongside with the Project Manager throughout the entire building process.
Lesley Josey’s position is client communications and quality control for Synergy Homes.
